What is the Nutrition Coaching Program?
The purpose of the Nutrition Coaching Program is to empower YOU to take back your health safely and naturally through dietary and lifestyle modifications. With all of the information available to us today it is sometimes difficult to tell good advice from bad, especially when it comes to food choices.
The Nutrition Coaching Program is a series of 12 one-on-one coaching sessions that are designed to:
- Provide you with foundational nutritional education
- Assist you in making healthy food choices based on your body’s nutritional requirements
- Support you in taking control of your overall health through goal-setting and accountability
In addition to the 12 one-on-one coaching sessions, you will get access to a wide variety of healthy recipes and will have unlimited email support with your coach.
